Inspired Wrappings Part 2....

I do love me some good recycling projects.

But recycling/repurposing

is much more fun when it's really cute.

Sweet Paul featured some lovely wrappings 

that do just that.

I love the old book print...

I usually get my old books from

the little store inside the library..

they even have maps there which would make

lovely wrappings!

Another ingenious idea from Sweet Paul

was to make tags from pictures of your family.. 

I adore this..

I am well underway on my wrappings

or else I would do this immediately!

But it would be cute for a

special touch on a birthday gift too.

New Projects

So in preparation for our local street fair..

I have been making many paper goods.. 

So excited.. 

Here are a few little things that I have been working on the past few days..

A cute little album..

It's called Farmer's Market.. 

Then I decided to make some more fun tags..

Wonderland inspired tags...

Well.. 

I was starting to make Easter tags.. 

and then when I stamped this white rabbit... 

I got a bit sidetracked 

and made some wonderland inspired tags instead..

The brown paper is paper bags.. they work so well for everything..

Hopefully I will get some Easter crafting done before 

Everyone comes to my house and all they see is more

Alice stuff.. 

I was thinking that having a bit of a

Wonderland inspired Easter would be cute though.. 

Holiday Wrappings...

So this year.. I tried my best to do some fun wrapping

and I think that it turned out rather nice..

I found postal wrap at the dollar store.. amazing.. should've bought a million rolls..

I will be back for more.. it's the perfect foundation for anything you want to do...

ribbons, stamps..

To make the stars.. i die cut some tissue paper I got from

anthropologie...

All together to make a cute basket..

Luckily.. I have the hook up at Trader Joe's ;)

and I got all these empty coffee cans..

I just tore off the label.. and another fresh start..

and an interesting way to package gift cards,

so that they don't look like gift cards..

At the top.. I used a hole punch to tie either ribbon

or baker's twine through to attach the tag.

I love baker's twine..

I used a die cut to make the trees

and then sprinkled some of Ms. Martha's

Snow Glitter on them..

so fun!

Hope everyone enjoys their gift as much as I enjoyed wrapping them!
