Family Decals....

I have never really been a fan of the

whole family decals on the car window fad.. 

even with a growing family.. 

I don't really find the urge to put little stick people

on the back of my car.. 

Some one in our town has some funny ones though.. 

The Ass-family.. 

Jack-ass, Smart-ass.. 

clever.. 

but if I were ever to jump on the bandwagon.. 

I think that I would go with these.. 

right up my nerd alley..

Gone Batty

I am just beyond anxious for the holidays..

I am planning decorations

and gift bags.. 

making little tags.. 

and even already singing Christmas songs..

(only in my head, i promise)

But I must keep my head focused on just one

holiday at a time.. 

with that.. 

it will be a Halloween overload over here at my house.

I have already begun gathering little branches

on my morning walk to make a fun centerpiece.

And when I went walking with my husband later that day..

let's just say.. 

he was less than thrilled to watch 

his wife stopping and picking up branches on the sidewalk.

Anyways,

Valentine's for boys...

I usually make all my cards for my husband.. and it's difficult to think of something fun and a little bit masculine.. but I found this today.. and like every good man, my husband.. he loves bacon..

Gettin' back into it...

So its been awhile.. I have put all my mental effort into reading other blogs that I have throughly neglected my own.. and partially because I haven't been doing too much.  I have been trying to get into the Valentine's spirit though.. I have always considered Valentine's to be a holiday not only for lovers, but for friends and family too.. Okay well I freakin' love every holiday.. any reason to make things and be silly.. and enjoy friends and family... holidays are like little magic fairies coming to make things all beautiful for one day..

So I have been working on some Valentine's cards to send out.. and here is what I have got so far..

I saw this card on Etsy so I decided to try it..

I didn't have red glitter.. but its still okay.

Just love doilies, they do all the work for you!

A little Whimsical.. it can be used for Mother's Day too.
