Cheesecake Truffles...

If you like cheesecake... 

then you will love.. love cheesecake truffles.. 

messy but easy to make.. 

and yummy.. 

I saw the recipe on Bakerella.. 

and ran with it.. 

The best part was that I didn't make the cheesecake..

just used store bought...

because I am that classy.. 

Ingredients: 

Cheesecake

Gram-cracker Crumbs

Melting Chocolate

Sprinkles

My recommendations would be to freeze 

the cheesecake for a bit 

if molding it because difficult.. 

and chocolate cheesecake is harder than regular to mold.. 

it is kinda mousse like and so didn't stick together as well.. 

but it does work ;)

I sprinkled according to the flavor inside...

which ended up being a big help..
